Work

Every project here ran under NDA, so no names and no screens: the problem, the solution and an outcome you can check.

01DevelopmentUnder NDA

Electric tandoor store

Three languages, three markets instead of social media

Tandoors sold offline and through social media. An order from another country meant a chat thread, an invoice typed by hand and a separate conversation about shipping.

A buyer abroad places and pays for an order alone — no chat thread, no invoice typed by hand.

What we did

Built a store in three languages for Russia, Europe and Armenia: a catalogue of about fifty models, online payment and international shipping.

02DevelopmentUnder NDA

System for a vehicle recovery service

Assigning a driver — seconds instead of minutes

A large recovery service in Moscow and the region ran on spreadsheets: finding a free driver took minutes, and accounting reconciled shifts separately.

Assignment takes seconds instead of minutes. Jobs, shifts and money are counted in one place rather than in spreadsheets.

What we did

Built a web application holding intake, driver assignment, shifts and settlements in one place. Around two hundred jobs a day pass through it, with ten drivers in the system.

03DevelopmentUnder NDA

Timber store

Price calculated from dimensions in the cart

The company had no site at all: no catalogue, no cart, no pricing — a buyer had nowhere to find out what their order would cost.

An order is assembled and priced without a phone call. Sales no longer stop when the sales desk closes.

What we did

Built a store with a cart and dimension-based pricing: the buyer enters the measurements and the total recalculates itself.

What we do

Three practices. Take one, or have the whole product built.

Design and branding

We make the product look assembled rather than like a pile of screens. We start from the task and the audience, not from pictures.

from $450

Who it suits

  • You are launching something new and want to look assembled from day one
  • The current look gets in the way of selling and you are embarrassed by it
  • You need one look across the site, documents and social media

Who it does not suit

  • You need a logo by tomorrow and cheaper
  • You want “just something pretty”, with no talk of task and audience

Development

We build the product from prototype to launch. Modern stack, sources and documentation handed over — you are not tied to us after delivery.

from $750

Who it suits

  • You have a task and are ready to dig into it with us
  • You need a working product, not a picture for a deck
  • It matters that the product can grow in a year and in three

Who it does not suit

  • You need the site yesterday and without your involvement
  • You want an exact copy of someone else's site
  • The budget is well below the floor of the tier

Marketing

We bring people in and count the money. Every channel is judged by cost per lead, not by reach.

from $350

Who it suits

  • You have a working product that someone has already bought
  • You are ready to count money rather than enjoy impressions
  • You have an ad budget on top of what our work costs

Who it does not suit

  • The product is not ready — ads will only speed up the rejections
  • You expect results in the first week
  • The ad budget is smaller than the cost of our work

What it costs

Assemble your own scope — the calculator shows the timeline and a price range. No request, no waiting for a reply.

Ready-made plans

Nine sets across three practices. The “from” price is the floor for a typical project.

How the work goes

Six stages from the first conversation to support. Bar width is the share of the timeline; the lower track marks where we need you.

On usWe need you

  1. 01We need you

    Conversation

We find out the task and the constraints. If the project is not a fit, we say so immediately — that is more honest than stalling.

  2. 02We need you

    Estimate

We fix the scope, the timeline and the price. We separately spell out what is not included.

  3. 03We need you

    Design

We assemble prototypes and layouts. We show them at every stage, not at the end.

  4. 04On us

    Development

We write code with tests. Every week we show a working version, not a progress report.

  5. 05We need you

    Launch

We deploy, hand over sources and access, and train your team.

  6. 06On us

    Support

We stay in touch. Fixes and extensions go at an agreed rate, with no surprises.

What we commit to

These are not advantages but obligations: the same lines are written in the estimate and in the contract, word for word.

Common questions

Money and timelines

How long does a project take?

A landing page takes two weeks, a corporate site a month or so, a web application two months and up. We name the exact timeline after we talk about the task: it depends on whether the copy and materials are ready.

How does payment work?

Usually in three parts: an advance before the start, a payment mid-way and the rest on delivery. Long projects are split into monthly stages.

Do you work under contract? How do I pay from abroad?

Yes, under a contract with fixed scope and deadlines. We pick a payment method for your country and agree it before signing — if no convenient option exists, we say so upfront rather than after the start.

How many revisions are included?

As many as it takes. We do not count rounds: revisions inside the agreed scope are free and unlimited. Changing the scope itself is a new estimate, and we discuss it in advance.

What happens after launch?

For a month we answer questions and fix rough edges for free. After that it is either one-off tasks at an agreed rate or monthly support.

Rights and handover

Who owns the sources?

You do. After full payment we hand over the repository, the layouts and all access. No lock-in — any team can continue the work.

Whose name are the domain and hosting registered in?

Yours. We set them up and show you how to manage them, but you are the owner. A contractor holding your domain gains leverage over you, and we refuse to work that way.

Who writes the copy?

You do by default: you know your product better. If needed, we take copywriting on — it is a separate module in the estimate.

Risks

You are a new studio. Why should I trust you?

You should not take our word for it. That is why we arranged the work so trust is not required: price and scope are open before the call, payment goes in stages, the repository is yours from day one, and you can start with a small task. If something goes wrong, you lose one stage, not the project.

Can we start with a small task?

Yes, and it is a sensible way to test us. One page, a fix to an existing site, an analytics setup — we take it on if the task is clear. Then you decide whether to continue.

What if you disappear in the middle of the project?

You keep everything done and paid for: the repository with its history, the layouts and all access — they are yours from the start, not after delivery. We do not keep the code to ourselves and do not pay ourselves ahead for stages not begun, so any team can pick the work up.

Do you work with clients from other countries?

Yes. We run projects in Russian, English and Armenian, work remotely and under contract.

Tell us about the task

We reply within one business day. If we see the task is not for us, we say so right away.

  1. 01We read it and ask if anything is unclear
  2. 02We answer within one business day
