Personal data processing policy
Plainly and without legal fog: what data we collect, why, where it goes and what you can do about it. Below is the shared part and separate sections for Russia, Armenia and the United States.

What we collect
From the request form — your name, a way to reach you (phone, email or Telegram), the description of the task, plus the practice and budget range if you picked them. If the request came from the calculator, the scope you assembled and its total are attached. The server that serves the pages records ordinary technical details: the request address, the browser type, the time. Your language and currency choices stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere. There are no advertising trackers and no profiling analytics on this site.
Why
To answer your request, discuss the task and prepare an estimate. The data is not used for newsletters or advertising, and no decisions about you are made automatically.
On what basis
Your consent: you give it by submitting the form and can withdraw it at any moment by writing to the operator. Withdrawal means we stop the correspondence and delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Where the data goes
The request arrives in the studio working chat on Telegram and lives in that conversation. It is not stored on the website server: the form forwards the message and keeps no database. Telegram servers sit outside Russia and Armenia, so this is a cross-border transfer, and by submitting the form you agree to it. We do not sell data and do not pass it to ad networks or brokers.
How long we keep it
While the conversation lasts and for one year after your last message — then we delete it from the chat. Server logs live as long as the hosting provider keeps them and are never linked to requests.
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS. Only the studio members who run projects can see the requests. We never ask for or store payment details, documents or passwords — neither in the form nor in the conversation.
Children
The studio works with adults. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If such data reached us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, ask us to stop processing and complain to the supervisory authority in your country. Write to the operator: we answer within ten business days. If a request does not make it clear that the data is yours, we will ask you to confirm — for example, to reply from the address the request came from.
Who processes the data
The operator of your personal data is LVL studio. Write to the operator's email, given at the end of this page, about anything related to processing.
Where you are
Russia — Federal Law 152-FZ
Processing follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On personal data». You may obtain information about the processing (article 14), demand correction, blocking or destruction of the data, withdraw consent (article 9, part 2) and appeal our actions to Roskomnadzor or in court. A request never enters a database on the website server: the form forwards it to the working chat and records nothing.
Armenia — Law HO-49
Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Armenia «On protection of personal data». You may know which of your data is processed and on what grounds, demand correction or destruction, withdraw consent and complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.
United States — California, CCPA and CPRA
We collect identifiers (name and contact) and commercial information (interest in services, budget range, the estimate you assembled); the single source is you. In the past twelve months we have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising; we do not do so now. You may request what we collected, receive a copy, correct or delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Send requests to the operator — we answer within forty-five days, usually sooner.
